"Property is old and in spite of recent renovations, elevator is old, ran down. As soon as I stepped into the room, I was hit by an unpleasant smell of urine coming from the bathroom. Closet has mold smell. I was charged $100 for incidentals when I checked in but receptionist never informed me of this charge. The room is cleaned every 3 days upon request. So if you don't request , room is not cleaned and towels not changed. Breakfast: no bagels, no hot water, no orange juice and there is nothing much to eat besides white bread! Will not come back!"

"The home was clean and spacious for what our family needed. The only issue was the outside area. There is a basketball hoop, firepit and grill. But the backyard was not inviting. The table, chairs and grill were dirty. It did not look upkept. Other than that we enjoyed the house."
