"The hotel is nice location, however the room and most areas are looking quite quite tired, very squeaky floor in the room (100). I was worried moving around too much that it would disturb other guests."

"Excellent place to stay. Food was very good and plentiful. The room was spacious and very clean. This was our 6th time staying here and have booked again for August."

"The hotel was ideally located for visiting a relative in the nearby hospital. The ground floor room was large, with a large comfortable bed, kitchenette and bathroom. There were tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge, hotplate and microwave. I enjoyed swimming pool and steam room and there was also a sauna and spa facilities. There was a garden and an outdoor seating area. As we were only staying over between hospital visits, we did not use the restaurant."

"Our room was very clean and nice . It was on the first floor above the lobby /toilets which has piped music from 7.30am until late into the evening which could be heard all day in our room. It was also positioned in the alley side of the building next to the pub which is also noisy . So maybe not the hotel to stay in if you’re hoping for a quiet get away . "

"A very good location, opposite the King's Lynn Minster, at the end of the High Street, and close to the riverside. The suite was very large and well equipped. Clean and comfortable."

"If you want a peaceful stay at a great price ,then this is the hotel for you. Hidden away gem of a hotel ,I will definitely stay here again when in King's Lynn ."
