Four Seasons hotels in Gazirat Waraq Al Hadar, Cairo

"My wife and I arrived at the Jasmine Pyramid Hotel at 03:00 in the morning. The hotel itself is a small boutique hotel in a quadrangle with the Exotic Pyramid. We were met by a young man named Ahmed (big shout out!) who could not have made us feel more genuinely welcome. The room was the cheapest offered, but comfortable and adequate for our needs. The next morning we were met by the reception team who showed us the pools, breakfast restaurant and roof restaurant. The reception team always stand to greet you with a smile and offer their support. They were able to help us book a private tour of Cairo which was excellent. The hotel has both an indoor pool with bar and an outdoor pool. There is a rooftop restaurant with a perfect view of the pyramids (linked, but paid separately) and a partnership with a local Spa called Dr Sphinx. There is also a supermarket about 1 mile away. (EGP 66 by Uber). Breakfast is included in the low price and provides both European and Egyptian food. Boutique hotels make every guest feel special and welcome. The Jasmine Pyramid staff accomplish this perfectly. I am writing this review from my next hotel of our trip and I miss the Jasmine Pyramid Hotel and staff already. "This is a superb hotel with all the amenities one needs for a luxurious stay. It is conveniently close to terminal three of Cairo Airport every member of the staff from the front desk to the room attendance to the restaurant servers were all friendly and very attentive to my needs. I will stay here again when passing through Cairo."

"All in all I loved being there. The property, two buildings put together, is a bit problematic. At one point both elevators were down, one of them for the duration of the stay. A couple of other building issues arose but were quickly resolved by the staff. The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly. Deena at the front desk was terrific. The Inn’s proximity to the necropolis is far and away the best part. The view was the terrace could not be beat. You might treat yourself to a Junior Suite where you wake up with the pyramids literally at your feet. The view made everything all right again. "
