The Kayana Beach Hotel was extremely accomodating; a very generous, à la carte breakfast was included which could be delivered to rooms or taken in the restaurant at any time of day. "Hi Whilst the hotel was a good standard, I would Definitely say it is a 4 star at its best. Staff were slow in responding to customer service, they were very much reactive on all areas, breakfast, dinner and front desk. Gym was very small, no steam or sauna. Breakfast could of had more options."
