"The first and biggest problem is that the apartment smelt like a sewer and the smell became worse by the day. On top of that, it was so damp that my clothes were moist. The aircon didn’t work. This was a problem in March when it wasn’t even 15 degrees so must be hell in the summer. The TV didn’t work either. Very, very basic amenities and stupid things like an iron but no ironing board. "Isolated. Have to walk up a Hill for 30 minutes with luggage. First supermarkt is in another village. ( Marzabotto ) We walked for 40 minutes to buy Some food and water. We booked and payed for 3 nights but left afther 1 night. Never met te owner in person, only spoke through whats app. The studio is really nice and okay and nature surronding has beauty but there is nothing you can do with it. There is nothing there. You need a car and that should be very clear when you book!"

"As late as 8:30pm the apartment we booked had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that. When we called her again a little later first she wouldn’t pick up, then proceeded to yell at us. At this point we just left the apartment and checked into a different hotel.
