They were very friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding. The lady who did housekeeping was also excellent. From the hotel, we took a walking tour to all the amazing historic monuments and museums in Ravenna famous for Mosaic and Byzantine art. "Quick and easy check in process, staff very friendly. Room was modern and spacious that also had a mini fridge. 2 complimentary waters (still and sparkling) a nice touch. Quite a few restaurants close by. Good sleep. Breakfast was everything you needed but no hot items. Espresso Coffee was delicious. Check out also quick and easy.
