"Staff were very welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good breakfast selection. Seating outside next to a small canal, nice place to have a drink in the evening and watch the world go by. Easy access to train station which enabled us to make travel all over the Netherlands. Can't fault this quirky hotel."

"I had such a great time staying at The James Hotel in Rotterdam! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed, and the design of the hotel is modern with just the right touch of comfort. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and surprisingly quiet considering the central location. The bed was super comfy, and I loved having such a cozy space to unwind after exploring the city. The amenities were great too. The self-service food market on the second floor was really convenient, and the gym was a nice bonus. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Rotterdam with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I was able to walk to most of the main sights, which made my trip even more enjoyable. All in all, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.
