"Great room, great lobby, could use more staff at busy times for check in. Super breakfast. Parking is a bit tight. The hotel location is superb if you are staying in Athlone for a leisure (i.e. pub visit) stay. Highly recommend."

"Nice hotel in good location. Good sized room and well maintained. Issue with shower not being hot enough - maintenance came twice but issue still not resolved to satisfaction. Staff were apologetic but still a bit annoying. Breakfast quite good but hotel seems to have a teaspoon shortage! Quite good bar meals at reasonable prices. Again, soup could have been hotter."

"The property was outstanding. Staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, property was immaculate. Parking was plentiful. But in the main building there was no AC and a tiny window to circulate air. That’s just a selfish opinion but that’s the only minimal complaint if you even want to call it a complaint. More like a spoiled American complaining about nothing. I’d DEFINITELY stay here again. Perfect midway point from Dublin to Galway. And if you decide to get a little lost in Roscommon, well worth the wandering."
