"You had to walk through the smoking area to get to the pool or beach. There were only 2 umbrellas in the pool area. There was no soap in the pool bathroom for 3 days. There was no milk during the first day we went to breakfast. The boiled eggs were so gross I had to spit them out. The floor in the hallway was very slick."

"We had less bath towels than hotel guests and when calling for more there were none they said that is why we have a washer and dreyer. So all vacation be ready to wash towels. The breaker for the dishwasher and garbage disposal was tripped and maintenance was not friendly. Despite all the issues it was a great location just seems like they are working through some growing pains"

"Great location with some good restaurants within a short walk. We had a beach view room which was great. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Staff are helpful and friendly. Pool area was clean with nice hot tub and good size pool and plenty of sun beds. Access to beach directly. Loved the hotel and would stay again."

"Check in was a struggle. Rooms were still being cleaned after 6pm. We arrived around 12:30pm knowing the earliest we could check in to our room is 4:00, we went to eat and when we got back we enjoyed the amenities. When I didn’t get a call by 4:30 I went to the front desk to learn the room was not ready. There were several others also waiting on rooms still at 5:00 so I went to the grocery store and when we got back around 6:00 thankfully our room was ready but others were still waiting. At this point one of the guys at the desk actually went out on property to find housekeeping and figure out what was going on. I heard the next morning that the other folks were finally able to get in their rooms around 7:00pm!"

"This was my second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately it will be my last. I stayed for multiple nights and booked two rooms. From the start, the reservation process was a mess. One room was correctly listed under my name and loyalty account, while the second room was assigned to a completely different name and membership account. Despite acknowledging the mistake, staff claimed they could not properly correct it. They charged me for the room but only changed the name, leaving the incorrect membership information in place. The property also appears to deliberately restrict water pressure, which made showering frustrating throughout the stay. Another major disappointment was the inconsistency regarding pool and beach access. The posted hours clearly stated “sun up to sun down,” yet guests were repeatedly denied access before 7:30 AM and told the actual hours were 7 AM to 7 PM. If those are the rules, they should be clearly communicated rather than displaying misleading information. The pool staff were extremely rude and unhelpful whenever questions were asked. Their attitude alone made the experience unpleasant. What concerned me most was housekeeping entering my room while I was away despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed. This is a serious privacy issue and completely unacceptable. My first visit to this hotel was enjoyable, which is why I returned. Unfortunately, the decline in service, poor management, lack of attention to guest concerns, and overall exp"
