"Had to get my room switched because my first room has blood on the bed and sheets. Mold filled the closet and bathroom. The bathroom was dirty, hasn’t been cleaned. Hair was in the shower (an lot) and bowel stains in toilet. No towels and wash clothes. This was a king size bed. One room. Then was switched to another room. The sheets were covered with male beard hair or you know what… had to get new sheets. The fridge froze my food. All of it. They had only 2 working staff, breakfast was cold and dry, the hall trash cans were all full, pool was out so my kid was disappointed. Didn’t even look like anyone was trying to clean/fix it. Hot tub was out as well. The pictures shown is NOT what it looks like. The worse experience. I will never retire here! I do not recommend at all 🙅‍♀️ Wish I could get my money back."

"Good location and great price. Breakfast was very good. Rooms could be a bit cleaner and there needs to be a full length mirror in the room. Parking was great. "

"The room was clean. Check-in desk staff was amazing, super friendly, and helpful. Bar/lounge employee was the rudest person I have ever spoken with and do not recommend her service. She is the reason for the 1 star service. Breakfast was good for a buffet style."

"Location was great for baseball game. Room was good, besides bathroom floor. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned (hair on floors). They experienced elevator issues while we were there but were quick to communicate to guests and get issues resolved."

"No phones in the room and wasn’t informed of this before they gave it to me. Ordered breakfast room service and never received it. Told manager and nothing was done. Very disappointed in my stay there, however the bar and bartenders were excellent. "
