"This was a very pretty property and the pictures are exactly like the property explained. The owner did not communicate with me much before the trip. I reached out to him to find out the details of check in and how to enter the day before we arrived - it was then he told me that he wasn't going to send information out until an hour before check-in. Once we got the info, it was exactly like he stated.It was VERY hot in the house. There was an air conditioner but it never really cooled the house completely. (I know - first world problems). On the second day we were there, we did have a hot water leak, but the owner responded very quickly and attended to the problem in a very timely manner.Over all, it was a nice trip and if we ever go back to the area we would stay there again."

"This is a great property and a great place to stay! When booking though realize that communication with this host is done through vrbo. You can book on expdia, but just realize that you have to create a vrbo account to get any communication about this particular property. The pool is excellent, well kept, and clean. That said, you can NOT check in early. They only allow check in AFTER 4 PM. SO DON'T bother to show up early. I hope this helps others when they book a stay here. The cabin is great , the pool is excellent, and the place is clean and quiet. If you wana enjoy a nice little hike i highly recommend "sandia cave and the man cave". Such a fun and unique hike in a cave. You shud bring a runners light or mechanic light to explore the cave easier. "
