"On your website it was Wi-Fi included, but it never worked. Mine was a working holiday but I couldn’t do any work. Reported several times to reception but were given lame excuses. I missed a lot and had to reschedule my appointments. Not very happy."

"We booked a suite with a hot tub and two balconies, which was great. Lovely hotel with buffet breakfast . More than meets your needs. The buffet dinner was as good with plenty of offer. All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and most helpful. The room was spotless and could find no faults. Very central location. Close to beaches , restaurants and bars. Within about 4 km you have top brand name shops."

There were a large number using the pool, which inevitably caused a lot of noise. "The property has a curious pin entry system which means you can check yourself into your room out of hours. It also meant you could stay there six nights as we did, and never ever meet a member of staff, as we did! The apartments were beautiful and spacious with spectacular views of the cliffs and mountains. The town itself however is dull with very little to do unless you're into surfing.
