"Excellently managed room, secondary glazing so absolutely no noises from the road. Slept very well, but i do think a kingsize bed would fit in the room. It could be a slight squeeze, in the main, very comfortable. Shower room absolutely spotless. Breakfast was super. Nicely cooked full english as well as cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc.., not too much on the plate but enough for a full day ahead. Good selection of teas.. A real find as we enjoyed a christmas ball at Goodwood. If we come over this way again, we would defintly book again! "

"Lovely renovated barn. Great kitchen and living area. Cosy with underfloor heating throughout and a log fire. Easy check in with keysafe and directions. Well situated 10 mins away from Chichester. Royal Oak pub 20 min walk away was perfect for a pint and with great food. Good walks locally, recommend the Trundle with fantastic views. Only minor gripe was not enough matching glassware and crockery- but certainly did not detract from a super break"

"Second time staying, and I imagine we'll be back again. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The surroundings are beautiful. And the food was excellent. We had breakfast and dinner twice and very impressed."
