"Conveniently placed for exploring the city on foot with free parking. We were in room 4 which had a south facing verandah which was lovely as we had good weather. The full english breakfast was excellent - done exactly as it should be. All the staff were friendly and helpful."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sue‘s and Kevin‘s Woodacre B&B! Sue and Kevin both were wonderful hosts, always ready to help us planning the perfect day for our individual needs and always ready for a nice chat. The garden was wonderful with many opportunities to do and things to explore.
