"Friendly old country pub, lovely family atmosphere, very good food. Close to delightful walks and open countryside. A future return visit is in our diary."
"The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The property was quiet, safe, and clean. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious. All in all, a great spot for those who need a quiet spot near Chichester. "
"After a day on the beach we were so pleased to arrive at this gorgeous gastro pub with rooms. Beautiful, and comfortable rooms with lovely style and welcoming touches, and our dog was welcomed happily and given her own bed and there was even a dog shower area outside. Dinner outside was delicious and a great breakfast menu too, traditional and healthy options also. Thoroughly recommend and hope to come back. "
"We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were friendly and helpful; and the location was fantastic. Easy walk into Chichester and the theatre.
Thank you!"
"Our host, Lizzie, was warm, friendly and very helpful, offering local insights on good places to eat and activities to consider. Really tasty breakfast too!"

The towels provided, which were left in a pile in the middle room, had an...

"Lovely cottage, few cobwebs and spiders and there was anest of lady birds in the kitchen window above the fridge which were crawling about in the kitchen too. We noticed that the bathroom wash basin wasn’t fixed to the wall and felt unsafe."
