"The hotel was in a good location. The bed was comfortable. Ample hot water. The reception was not very hospital when we arrived. The duty manager was rather abrupt in letting us know that check in was at 3 pm when we just wanted to leave our luggage as we arrived early. The hotel charged us for our room when it was already prepaid to Expedia 3 months ago. We are still trying to resolve this as no receipt was provided when asked.
