"Staff very friendly, rooms were a little dated and no air con. Was a fan in the room which we used as room was really warm. TV was tiny but didnt use anyway, only used the room to sleep in. Breakfast was ample, choice of full English or continental. Location was excellent, only few minutes away from main town, also bus stop right outside the hotel, very handy if not hiring a car"

"The hotel was very nice, not the best, but very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The room was adequate, again not the best but somewhere to sleep at nights. An average room I would say for the price. Breakfast was nice, quite an array of choice and the staff were very helpful in everyway possible. Location of the hotel was okay but quite a way to walk to the centre of St Helier, but we had hired a car, but be aware that it costs £5.50 per night to park your car in the hotel car park, which we were not informed of when we booked. Overall an average hotel for the price, but okay."

"Its position and outlook, directly out to the sea, was excellent as was the attention of the staff. My single room was a little bit small, but adequate for my needs, however, the lack of a bedside table was inconvenient, there was too few coat hangers in the small wardrobe and there was no heating in the ensuite bathroom, because the towel rack only operated when the heating was on, not ideal. But, the manager did arrange a for a separate heater to be left in my room which was fine. I feel the meals could have been a bit more adventurous, especially for vegetarians. Overall, its a very pleasant hotel, with very good attentive staff and I would use it again .."
