"Lovely, mid-priced hotel in downtown Cincy, an easy walk to the Great American Ball Park (and other stuff). Valet parking is a little pricey ($40) & if we had been paying attention, we could have parked right across the street in a parking garage for less than half of that. But the lobby was attractively and comfortably decorated, all the staff we encountered were very friendly, and the rooms were clean, sizable, with a VERY comfy bed/bedding. There is a $15.95 per person charge for breakfast, but since all the TVs were out on the floor we were on, we were given free breakfast -- which was quite good, though nothing fancy. We'd for sure stay here again (only we'd probably park across the street next time :) )."

"I could go on and on about this place and how great it was from the moment I checked in! The young lady working Chatara and the manager Harold were the example of what Exceptional Customer Service looks like! Dinner was excellent as well and the 3 drinks included were a nice little perk! My room was upgraded at no additional charge due to something I didn’t ask I am assuming the one I booked online wasn’t available. My suite was flawless and larger than I expected and super clean & comfortable. The price was definitely higher than I’m usually comfortable paying but it was worth every penny and much deserved."

"The staff was so friendly & accommodating! Quick to bring us extra blankets and pillows as well as filling the conditioner. It was nice to have close parking considering how close we were to Cincinnati. This was a perfect location for the Great American Ballpark - and our room was spacious."

"The hotel was very clean. The weekend staff was outstanding! We had one major problem. The room lock did nit work. We were told that nothing could be done until maintenance came in on Monday. We had to stay in the room without being able to lock the door. The staff was excellent! They tried very hard to fix the door but were unsuccessful."
