No problems, stayed in house room, 4 poster bed really comfortable, great shower. Clean and tidy, friendly staff

Self contained apartment that provided a home away from home. Apartment was clean with ameneties as described. Location was also great, in the heart of the old city - just a short walk from the castle and with lots of great cafes and resteraunts around.

Scotsman Hotel in Edinburgh. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome—especially Amelia, who went above and beyond to make our experience fantastic. Every staff member we met was kind and thoughtful. The breakfast was delicious, and the accommodations were incredibly comfortable—light, airy, beautifully decorated, and just perfect for relaxing. We genuinely felt at home, and it’s clear that the team cares about creating a special experience. I can’t wait to return, and I highly recommend it!

Property was fine but bedrooms were quite small and hard to move in.

Loved everything about this property. The apartment was immaculate, the furnishings were lovely, the bed was comfortable, there was appropriate lighting in each area, laundry available (I assume on each floor), sensory lighting in the hallways, excellent communication from the off-site staff. I have nothing negative to say about this space.
