he hotel was charming. Room was exactly as pictured. The only thing was that it was unseasonably warm in Kilkenny during our stay & our non- air conditioned room was on the top floor. You could feel the heat rise as we approached our room. The room was equipped with both a ceiling and a desk fan, so that helped.
We loved having live music at the bar in the hotel. It was so easy. It had the local feel that we were looking for. Clean and comfortable. We would stay here again for certain. "

The room they gave us was not what I had reserved and when we went back down to the front desk they very happily fixed the issue by up grading us to a bigger better room. It was quiet and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel nicely located to make the city very walkable. "
