i liked how close it was to the ocean and how laid back it was The only bad part was the buffet food which was god awful. They need some new chefs or new food. Very bland and not very good. Got porto de mogan though. Restaurants were unbelievable. Also didnt listen to any request i gave expedia and didnt fix it when i asked. Asked for a room high up. The gave us the corner room on the third floor near where the workers were. The landscape alone made it worth it though. Would definitely go back just wouldn’t hit the buffet. At all !!!

The property was situated pretty much on the beach in a lovely alcove facing their sister hotel across the other side of the beach. The area was private as far as I could tell with only residents from the couple of hotels in the area being allowed on to the beach. The food and service was excellent and the location was perfect.

The hotel was beautiful and located in a nice part of the island. The hotel overlooks the beach, which is only steps away. The beach has black sand that shimmers when wet, and the whole scene looks beautiful especially at sunset. However, there were a few issues we encountered during our stay. First, the food was really not good and after the first couple of days, we kept trying to find other food even though we had the all-inclusive meals. It also seemed like every time we went to their restaurants, we were being rushed to finish eating because the staff would start clearing all the food. The hotel also had odd policies. Men are not allowed to eat dinner in the restaurant if they are not wearing long pants. It isn't even like dinner is a sit down meal with table service. It's the same place you get your buffet-style breakfast and lunch, but for some reason men have to wear long pants for dinner. This is strictly enforced, and considering we were vacationing on an island, you wouldn't really think to pack long pants. The pool hours are short and only open from 10-7. If you go on an excursion, you won't be able to make the pool hours. Even when the sun is still out, we aren't allowed in the pool. Also they have a policy where you

Great hotel - but drink bottled water!
Very nice hotel for a warm winter break. Room spacious, clean, great sea view, and comes with a daily restock of bottled water - drink this instead of the tap water. Having listened to many people complain about not feeling well, and being ill myself for the first half of the trip, I narrowed it down to the tap water. Use bottled water for everything, even if you’re boiling it for coffee or taking it to dinner. Food fairly varied (breakfast and dinner moreso than lunch) but often not hot enough. Fruit and salad fresh. Pool area clean, and water temperature just right. Aqua aerobics every lunchtime, accompanied by loud music (too loud if you’re not involved). Pool open 10am-6pm, not sure if these are winter hours only, but too short and no good for an early morning swim. Two pool tables in the sports bar, one of which was out of order for the 8 nights I stayed. The adjoining piano bar seemed full every evening. Local area is very quiet - the few beach bars close long before 7pm, at least in the winter. The road to Puerto de Mogán has been closed for about a year due to a landslide (according to hotel reception) so not too much to do without taking a few connecting buses / taxi. That said, for a relaxing break, it’s perfect.

Good value and does what it says on the tin..clean sunny lots is spaces to lie out on sun beds , lovely beach with clear water for swimming . Food looks good but never ever hot , only lukewarm, which i distrust on safety grounds . Not great variety . Basic salads , few cheeses, coffee grim in my opinion. Piano player at night was wonderful, and had an amazing repertoire. Ask for a room on 7 floor or higher , and away from disco. All in all it worked out well .

We had a great stay - relaxing, enjoyable and, of course, perfect weather! The location is awesome and everything met or exceeded expectations. If you're looking for a location close to the ocean where you don't have to do anything but relax by the pool, drink and eat, this is a great place to stay!

Housekeeping was flat-out bad. I would come back to more stains on my bed than there originally were, they wouldn't clan until late in the day, they essentially refused to give me more water bottles and toilet paper, and they didn't even rinse my used glasses before putting them back. Dinner at the buffet was bad on a regular basis - very few options, I got a good dinner only once during my week long stay. The staff often ignored me or misinformed me, and I felt like it was because I was traveling by myself, and that made them feel as though they could get away with it. Quality breakfast, a clean pool, and a pleasant beach are what made up for all that. There's also lots of cats all over the territory!

I planned a trip with a group of friends for a birthday celebration. We were excited to celebrate in a warm destination, by the pool with cold cocktails in hand. The hotel and island were beautiful. However, the hotel's clientele were not what we expected at all. The hotel primarily caters to an elderly crowd. The average hotel guest was probably between the ages of 60-70 years old. Most were traveling as a couple. When you are with a larger crowd, you can often be louder than a couple would be. To speak to one another at the pool or across the table, some conversations were certainly highly engaged and in a celebratory fashion. This was not appreciated by the elderly guests. I can understand where they were coming from, although some were extremely rude. The hotel sided with the elderly guest, as they are the primary age group who visit this hotel. I understand why the hotel would want to cater to this group, if they are the most frequent visitors. However, I think the hotel should properly advertise. The photos on the website even show a younger couple. As a group in our 30's, we were by far the youngest at the hotel. Overall, the hotel was simply not fit for a celebratory trip.

Room had a terrible insect problem, and I not saying one or two cockroaches, which in that climate might be expected. I am saying bugs crawling out of my phone!! They left a bottle of cockaroach spray in our room so we could spray the bugs, just hoping none came home in our luggage. Unbelievable. Lots of broken tiles in pool, things in our room were falling apart, literally these supports "holding up" pieces of glass were falling out of the wall! Beds were extremely uncomfortable, they were cots, not beds at all. The railing on our balcony was falling out as well, like you could actually pull it right out. Much of the staff was very rude to all English speaking guests (American and UK). Not at all what I expected. Luckily the island is absolutely amazing and the trip was still wonderful.

Hotel was nice for adult all inclusive. AC wasn't really working while there which made the rooms uncomfortable during sun set. Even with the curtains closed it made the room stuffy. Wifi was hit and miss but was good when it worked. Access to the beach was easy and convenient!!

Please note: we are a young American couple who has traveled to the Caribbean multiple times, and stayed in various all-inclusive resorts in that area. This is a very different experience. Pros: grounds were beautiful. Rooms were extremely nice and spacious. We were in a suite on the 8th floor with a wonderful view. The bathroom is very large with a granite vanity. The bar and wait staff were extremely attentive. Everyone was very nice. The pool area is clean, and there are more than enough chairs to accommodate anyone who wishes to lay out in that area. There is no private beach, however, it is a very short walk (less than 5 minutes) and is a nice beach. You are also a short bus ride from two other beaches. The weather was fantastic. It was 70-73 degrees in Mid-April, which felt about 10 degrees hotter. The food is better than the Caribbean experiences. In all, the hotel was clean and well maintained. They do provide beach towels in the room, but it's 1.80 euro each time for an ecological tax. We managed to use the same towels, which was not an issue. Cons: A young, 20-something American (or really any nationality) couple does not fit into the clientele of this resort. The median age was 65. Due to this, the food times, drink times, and entertainment catered to the older crowd. Aforementioned, there is no private beach. No music was played by the pool during the day. There were very few daily activities. The staff was nice, but virtually clueless. Everything seemed very

Suite Princess is a decent hotel for the price. Could use some cosmetic updates but it was clean and fairly comfortable. I don't know if this is always the case, but when we were there it was a much older crowd. Most guests (90%) were retirees. Plenty of sun beds available. Food was adequate, with a large variety. There is nothing around this hotel. You must take a bus or cab to get anywhere.

Excellent staff wonderful food and fantastic location, we requested a room on a higher floor as recommended by other visitors to this hotel, when we checked in we had a room on the fifth floor with amazing views of the sea. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful trip😊

Staff was great and extremely personable- enjoyed many games throughout the day and enjoyed talking with the activities/event staff. Flamenco night was AMAZING! Not a lot to do in the area- ended up taking public transportation to see a couple things in nearby towns such as glass bottom boat. If you want to stay on resort this place is wonderful- if you like to explore/get out there is not much for you here. Ask the front dest staff and bring tennis shoes though- there is a cliff/hill nearby you can climb up- this was SO much fun! Leave plenty of time before sunset- the map the front desk has is handwritten and was hard to find the entrance since not many guests leave the resort. When we actually found it the hike up took an hour and a half- well worth the time- this was a highlight for our group!

Empezamos con una recepción pésima, la chica de recepción no nos explicó absolutamente nada del hotel, ni del TI, dijo que estaba todo explicado en la app, además por no llevar el bono del hotel, nos amenazó con que tendríamos que pagar de nuevo la estancia ¿¿¿??? cosa que no me ha pasado jamás en ningún hotel y menos teniendo la reserva desde hacía más de 6 meses. Le facilité los datos del localizador, etc, y comentó que en principio con eso creía que serviría. Eran las 13 h, nuestra habitación no estaba lista, nos avisarían cuando estuviera, y tampoco fue así, subimos a preguntar a las 15 h pasadas y ya nos la dieron. A pesar de ese comienzo, he de decir que el resto del personal es muy amable y correcto, se dirigen a ti en inglés, y ya cuando ven que eres español cambian de idioma, con los horarios que hay de los diferentes restaurantes/bares puedes comer o tomar algo a cualquier hora, se agradece que abrieran el bar de la zona de la piscina. En cuanto a calidad de las comidas muy, muy flojito para ser un 4 estrellas. El desayuno y cena bien, tienes variedad, todos los días cambian menú, pero en lo que es nuestra comida, o el almuerzo muy flojo. La limpieza en todo el hotel es correcta, pero la de las habitaciones deja que desear, hay un fuerte olor a desagüe en todo el hotel, no estaría demás que el servicio de habitaciones utilizara lejía a la hora de hacer el baño o incluso que se hiciera mejor, nos tocó limpiarlo a nosotros porque olía a orín que espantaba.

Los servicios del hotel son buenos. La limpieza de las instalaciones y habitación excelente. Lo peor es que no se descansa. Mucho ruido por las noches y los colchones que nos tocaron estaban para tirarlos. Toda la semana con antiinflamatorios por la espalda.
