Buena ubicación

El apartamento tiene un buen tamaño y está en una zona muy cómoda para visitar Granada, lo cual se agradece. Sin embargo, tiene algunos puntos mejorables. En primer lugar, la limpieza es bastante superficial: la cocina necesita una limpieza profunda, al igual que las ventanas y la funda del edredón, que no estaba en buenas condiciones.Otro aspecto importante es que uno de los motivos por los que elegí este alojamiento fue porque en los comentarios indicaban que tenía parking, pero finalmente no se facilita ninguno, lo cual genera una expectativa que no se cumple. La comunicación con el anfitrión también fue regular, tarda mucho en contestar.Además, el apartamento es un poco oscuro, lo que le resta confort. En general, tiene potencial, pero con algunos ajustes en limpieza, información más precisa y mejor comunicación, mejoraría mucho la experiencia.

Urlaub in Granada

Die Wohnung war für einen Urlaub in Granada Perfekt. Sehr Central gelegen. Und von der Einrichtung Optimal. Aber leider gab es auch 2 Negative Aspekte. Wenn man im Wohnzimmer die Balken Tür hatte konnte man von Fernseher kein Wort verstehen, da die Straße vorm Haus mit Pflastersteine belegt war, und alle 15 Minuten ein Bus oder ein Auto vorbeifuhr. Der 2. Punkt war die Große Haustür, wenn jemand ins Haus kam fiel die Tür so laut zu das man jedesmal wieder wach wurde wenn man im Bett lag. Aber es war eine Schöne Woche und bis auf die zwei Negativen Punkte haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Rolf Frerichs

Great location, friendly staff

The location is very central to all of the main sights. Street can be busy and loud at times if the window to the balcony is open. Kitchen was fairly well stocked and clean.

Do Not Plan to Park!!!

The apartment is clean, compact, and perfect for a couple without a car. BUT DO NOT PLAN ON PARKING!!! There is literally no on-street parking. We searched for about a half hour and never found a legal on-street parking space within blocks of the apartment. We paid the extra 15Euro/day to park in the building, but even with a sub-compact car access to the in building parking was a nightmare. Parking is accessed by a car elevator. With the side mirrors folded in there was approximately 6 inch (20 cm) clearance on each side. One must back into the elevator, and with my wife and a friendly stranger we were able to get our very small car into the elevator with about 10 minutes of re-positioning. Although the street is narrow it is very busy, so we created a stressful 10 minute traffic jam for many taxis and other drivers. The apartment is fine, but had we known of the parking nightmare we would not have stayed there.

Bien placé

Appartement conforme au descriptif et très bien placé pour visiter Grenade. Par contre le gérant parle de parking dans son descriptif ce qui est rare dans le centre de Grenade et en fait il propose un parking sans préciser où pour 15 € par jour, ce n'est plus tout à fait la même chose. En fait j'ai trouvé beaucoup moins cher mais + loin sur ONE PARK et puis j'ai annulé ONE PARK et en fait j'ai trouvé à me garer dans la rue proche de la location sans payer pendant une semaine (il faut chercher pas mal tout de même). Le plus étonnant est que dans le sous sol de cet appartement il y a un parking pour plusieurs voitures accessible en voiture via un ascenseur. Le propriétaire devrait de ce fait le préciser dans sa location en mettant le prix à 5 € ou 7 € maximum par jour ce serait un plus car à ce prix je n'aurai même pas cherché une autre solution. Voilà pour le parking. Le reste est conforme, propreté correct sans plus , idéalement placé entre l'hyper centre de Grenade et l'Alhambra. J'espère que l'ensemble de ces commentaires apparaîtront dans les avis de cette location pour que cela puisse servir aux futurs locataires, sinon je ne répondrai plus jamais aux enquêtes d'Abritel. Bonne journée

Excelente ubicación, en el realejo, a 5 minutos andando de la plaza de isabel la católica, y con la enorme ventaja de tener aparcamiento en el mismo edificio. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado y la calefacción funciona de maravilla. Inma estuvo encantadora al recibirnos. Volveremos sin duda.

Maravillosa estancia!!!

El alojamiento dispone de todas las comodidades y utensilios necesarios para una estancia maravillosa. La ubicación es inmejorable con todos los servicios necesarios cerca, el centro se encuentra a unos metros y la zona es inmejorable. La cama es grande y muy cómoda hemos estado muy a gusto. Great area, great apt, great host

The bus to take you to Alhambra is a minute walk and to take you to center is just across the street. Washer was great to have. Only bad thing was that cigarette smoke seemed to sip in from the outside but I think I just had bad luck with smokers being outside. There are no smoke free areas in Spain

Alles ok, wie erwartet. Die Wohnung liegt nah am Puls der Stadt. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit Zugang nur über einen Autoaufzug ist allerdings nichts für Großlückenparker, aber machbar.

Taxis actually drove up our street. Two blocks walk to bus for Alhambra. Nice apartment. BEWARE, though; they do not accept credit cards or PayPal or personal checks for down payment. I was only able to avoid a $50. International bank money wire charge by having someone take cash to the agent in Granada.

Un appartement très agréable

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours dans cet appartement, en profitant également du parking en sous-sol (12 € par jour, un peu cher). L'appartement est très bien équipé, très bien décoré, très propre et également très bien situé pour visité la ville. La chambre donne sur la cour intérieur de l'immeuble donc c'est très calme. L'accueil a été également très sympathique. Bref, rien à redire, sinon qu'il ne faut pas hésiter à y aller!

Todo ha sido estupendo, el apartamento esta ubicado en un sitio magnifico para visitar a pie Granada, además tiene la posibilidad de parking justo en el mismo edificio. Todo muy limpio y poco mas que añadir, lo único que si vuelvo a Granada cogeré el mismo apartamento.

Llegamos un poco escépticos al lno haber comentarios sobre el alojamiento. Nada más entrar en el apartamento nuestro concepto cambió (en positivo). Muy limpio, cama comodísima, totalmente equipado (hasta el más mínimo detalle de ingredientes de cocina, paños, articulos de limpieza, etc.). Contactamos con Cristian por tfno y muy agradable y con Inma en persona (todo simpatía y dispuesta a ayudar en cualquier problema que tuvieramos). Calidad-precio INMEJORABLE. Gracias a los dos y no dudeis que volveremos y ya lo estamos recomendando. (Ahhhh, la ubicación PERFECTA).

La verdad es que llegamos al apartamento bastante escépticos, al no haber ningún comentario y la verdad es que nuestra percepción cambió por completo. Muy buena ubicación. Muy limpio. Cama superconfortable. Todo como nuevo, mejor que en las fotografías. Con Cristian contactamos por tfno. y fue muy amable en todo momento. Inma (en persona) super agradable y dispuesta en todo momento a solucionar cualquier problema. Seguro que volveremos y ya lo estamos recomendando. Calidad-precio "inmejorable". (Ahhh, se me olvidaba, además de estar totalmente equipado, en la cocina disponíamos de lo necesario (aceite, vinagre, azucar, sal, te, pastas, etc.) Todo un detallazo.
