All within walking distance is the seaside town of Gorleston-on-Sea, has an award-winning wide and curving sandy beach, model yacht pond, children’s splashpad, grand promenade and gardens, beach café, restaurants and a town centre with array of shops, boutiques, and plenty of eateries. This is a very popular seaside destination for all ages, also has ramp access leading onto the beach. Enjoy a stroll along the promenade with its gardens, stop off and refuel in the eateries nestled alongside the beach, enjoy a day out at the beach building sandcastles and splashing around in the sea. For those seeking adventure, why not learn how to surf?

The location is very popular with surfers, body boarders, and kite flyers too. The traditional seaside town of Great Yarmouth, 4 miles, offers a sandy beach, donkey rides, trampoline park (seasonal), pier, promenade, amusements, fun fair, crazy golf, model village, leisure centre with indoor swimming pool, sea life centre, and much more. Golfers should be sure to bring their clubs, as good players are welcome at Gorleston golf club; the club house offers refreshment and serves good food. Jump on the train or take a 35-minute drive to the medieval city of Norwich, voted one of the top ten shopping locations in the UK.
