We had an amazing stay from the moment we were welcomed in by Matt. Every staff member went above & beyond to make our stay memorable & enjoyable & we loved every moment. It was very clean throughout with good facilities & we had a good sea view from our spacious room which was well decorated. The food in the restaurant was very good quality & very tasty both for dinner & breakfast service. We are looking forward to staying here again soon.

Lovely hotel, beautifully decorated and staff were very welcoming. Only drawback was the bar closed at 10pm.

W head a lovely stay where the staff couldn’t do enough for us to make it as comfortable as parole. Breakfast was delicious, the whole building was beautifully clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed evening drinks in the lounge followed by dinner in the restaurant. I would highly recommended a stay at hotel ocean.

Superb hotel

A Gem!!!
A dark, wet night on the prom but I was really impressed, classy, cosy, clean a d great food really well cooked and presented in the restaraunt. Superb friendly service too and great value overall

From check in to check out the staff were incredibly attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were large clean and comfortable. The food both breakfast and evening meal was flawless I genuinely couldn't pick fault with anything I condlsumed.

Simply so well looked after, hotel great, food great, fully recommend only parking not the best due to location on sea front but helpful with parking. Worth a visit the hotel will not disappoint.

very slow response from email / instant messaging phone rings, however once arrived realised not someone always on reception. Welcomed on arrival. Lovely room, clean, nice finishing touches. Comfy lounge area to be able to have drinks. The breakfast states unlimited. Service very slow and not really explained as to how breakfast works. Didn't wait to be asked if we wanted anything else as had already waited a long time.

Nice comfy room. Modern and with all amenities you needed in the room. Prestige clean. Only the view from the window was not a "great view"and the room doors are very heavy?staff were very nice and we had a great warm welcomed. In general very satisfied and recommended. We be back for sure!

Little Gem found in Great Yarmouth

What an amazing hotel food is absolutely amazing, breakfast has very good choices and the staff make this hotel never have I ever seen such happy and helpful staff who go the extra mile for you so if your looking for a bit of luxury this is the right place to go would come back here for the hotel stay as it was a total pleasure

Daniel and Morgan were the kindest people. Morgan greeted me so kindly and really ensured i was happy with everything, explained the parking to me, showed me to my room (even carried my bag), offered me a complimentary drink. I then met Daniel a little later, equally lovely, accommodating and just really showed they cared, attention to detail was brilliant, I couldn't find a fault if i tried. Fantastic location, and if i'm visiting GY again, i will only stay here! Thank you!!!

Brilliant little hotel. Super clean with friendly amd helpful staff. The breakfast was also fantastic with lots of choice and also caters for gluten and lactose intolerances! Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely lovely hotel. Decorated to a high standard. Room was lovely and cosy. Tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious. You could have as little or as much as you wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Yarmouth. Worth every penny. Keep up the good work 👍

This hotel is amazing. Its outside appearance totally stands out on Great Yarmouths busy seafront and I can honestly say that you can't fault this hotel. Daniel made us feel welcome from the moment that we arrived. He took all our luggage to our room whilst we parked and then greeted us with a complimentary drink. The lounge decor is amazing and the bedrooms are beautiful too. Meals in the onsite restaurant are fantastic and breakfast is equally as good. They have a fantastic team of staff who are so polite and helpful. I can honestly say that i have never stopped anywhere with better customer service than this hotel. Daniel and his partner have definitely created an hotel and atmosphere that they should be incredibly proud of. They deserve more than a 10 out of 10 score and we will definitely visit again. Thank you to all who made our stay so perfect. From the amazing food to the perfect customer service and for everyone of the team who made our stay perfect including Simon, both Morgans and especially Daniel and his partner. Didn't get the ladies names but they were equally good

What was NOT to like?! The suite, attention to detail, the exquisite quality of the food... every detail had been considered. The service was exceptional - manners, standards, conduct and appearance! This is something that has been forgotten in retail and hospitality, but not at Hotel Ocean! It was the perfect stay for my birthday - thank you all!
