"Wasn’t bad but they find a way to deduct money from your deposit. They said we broke a cloth hanger, frankly I didn’t even see the hanger because we spent one night and didn’t do any laundry so I don’t understand how we are responsible for that. I would advise anyone booking this apartment to go through everything and make pictures and videos because they would find a way to deduct money from your deposit. Other that that it’s an ok apartment"

"We had a great stay at the Heim. We were a large group and were all very comfortable with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is perfect for exploring MCR. The door code did not work when we arrived and it was difficult to get a hold of management, which was stressful for all of us, having traveled overnight and already waited quite a few hours to finally being able to check in. "Ideal location for us being walking distance to the village plus close to the airport. Great for a couple of nights stay. "

"Nice 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor. Enough space for one or two people and very quiet. It is in a good location for getting in to town and to Victoria station. My train was delayed and I ended up arriving 3 hours after the arranged check in time, I kept the team updated and they were very responsive on messages and arrived with in a few minutes of me arriving at the property. Will stay here again."

"There were several takeaways nearby, and a cafe but otherwise not much shopping. A small co-op about 15 minutes walk away and a mini sainsburys 20 minutes walk. On the other hand the bus stop was right outside and the tram stop only 5 minutes walk so easy to get to the city centre. But the key problem was communication with the owners. It came across as if it was all automated and they did not really care. I tried to find out about check in as sometimes samller places close check in early. No...
