Dear Mr. Anon, We would like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your holidays. We also thank you for your positive comments concerning the lobby decoration and the maitre of our restaurant. We are feeling deeply sorry that you didn't relax during your stay allthough the management and the staff payed a lot of attention to your needs throughout the week of your stay. We offered you three different types of rooms-one of them with free upgrade- but noone of them didn't like because you were bothered by the neighbours. We offered you a quiet table in the restaurant because you were bothered by the other guests eating there. We were suggested you to try out the therapies in our spa in order to relax but again our therapists didn't treat you so well, eventhough we receive excellent comments about them, from our guests every day.
