"The cushions in one of the sofas in the room was ripped totally exposing the foam cushion and pinned with one safety pin."

"The Westin is our go to hotel every time we come to NYC. It’s close to all the theatres which is the main reason we come to visit. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. I love that at night security is there to make sure guests feel safe. "

"This hotel is top-notch and probably one of the best I have ever stayed in New York. It is a newer hotel, the rooms are above standard size and not New York compact size, the service is professional and friendly. (you don’t always get that in New York), and the room was cleaned every day. The café downstairs can get a little bit crowded at breakfast time, but for the most part, it’s very convenient. It’s located right in the middle of the theater district. You can’t get more centrally located if you tried. "

"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The location was perfect, our room was as quiet as it could be, everything was clean and they accommodated our request for adjoining rooms! We would stay again for sure! The beds were comfy."

"Excellent staff. The happy hour on the rooftop is great. Location at the World Trade Center is fantastic. Taxi usually waiting at the entrance. Ride share available. The train stations were so close it was great."

"When I found out the Paramount was run by Generator, I was thrilled! We loved our Generator accommodations in London, so we knew we would be in good hands. The front desk/check in staff were friendly and most helpful. Since we arrived pretty early and our room wasn’t ready, we were able to store our luggage safely so we could start juicing every minute of whirlwind trip. The location can’t be beat! Our room was cozy and decent, just needed a safe and decent place to rest after sightseeing and attending shows. My only slight complaint would be the dimness of the lobby and halls, I realize it is part of the ambiance but a little more light would be helpful."
