"We had to upgrade to a balcony with Ocean view and it was gorgeous. Food at this property is inadequate. Not worth the extra $100 US per day. Much better to eat at the local places down the street or Romantic zone. "

"The property is beautiful, compact. Food is very good, the buffet has a wide selection of choices. Nice that you can walk forever on the beach in either direction. Found our room on the 4th floor on the inside area very noisy at night with the shows on. Would choose an outside room if we returned "

"Resort was amazing. Food and staff were excellent. We were they over the cartel stuff and the resort did a great job keeping everything normal as they could staff work 24hrs because they could not leave the resort they were exhausted but kept working. We tipped extra for there hard work. We will he back. Thanks for keeping us safe! "

"I didn’t have high expectations for this resort as we had stayed in the area previously and were let down at a neighbouring resort but Valas was great! The rooms were clean, the food was probably the best we’ve had an all inclusive, the staff was great. Would recommend! "

"No beach view from my room … had some issues with leaking shower also not enough counter space in the bathroom & most importantly there was no fridge available in the room & when staying 14 nights it’s important to have that. My bed was comfortable & the maid service was great. "
