"Very attentive, helful, and nice staff. From the valet parking, recepcionist, and the cleaning ladies. All of them deserved two thumbs up. Very nice and spacious room with 2 bathrooms, each with bathtube and each with massage water jets. Everything was excellent, including the price. The only suggestion would be for the TVs to have platforms, e.g., netflix for us visitors to sign in and out. Thank you 😀 😊 my wife and I we will go back definitely. "

"It’s a good place but a bit noisy. Excellent air conditioning even though it’s just ceiling fans. It does need some upgrades like the tv was really really old but it worked fine. No water was given. The staff was excellent though. "

"Staff was super friendly helped us find a personal driver for our trip and were able to do an early check-in at 5 AM which we appreciated. The staff was all super professional and helpful. Not to mention the view in this place is amazing. I would recommend staying here the only downside was it not having an ice machine, which is understandable. Overall would recommend staying here !"

"The room was spacious and clean. The bed and bedding were super confortable! Everything worked: the internet, the hot water, the a/c, the toilet, etc… the view of the terrasse is breathtaking. Only met one employee but he was very kind. Getting to the city center is very easy on foot from the hotel. Overall, best hotel I have stayed in while in Mexico."
