It took me more than half a day to find the place because place is called Cancun Plaza not ocean view apartment. I do not recommend this place all kitchen equipments were not functioning such as microwave no coffee no water for guest "

"Would recommend this place if you just need a place to lay your head for the evening. The place was freezing cold but when reached out to host contact was able to accommodate to help make the living space more comfortable temperature for the family. We bought one day of all day pass for family to enjoy buffet restaurant and drinks for the day but found it was not worth it as the food wasn’t that great overall with options to select for breakfast lunch and dinner.
