"Amazing and relaxing vacation!! The resort was superb, we never left! Staff was amazing, special shout out to Mario and Esteban on the rooftop and Andy and Jorge in the Vantage Club. We were lucky to have such incredible service. The food was fantastic. And I don’t know how they did it, but everything smelled fantastic. We would definitely love to return and stay again. My personal favorite was sunrise yoga on the rooftop with Cristal. She was the best!!! We greatly enjoyed this wellness focused getaway. "

"Outstanding service! From the beginning to the end. We had an amazing trip thanks to the wonderful staff and great hotel accommodations. The food was amazing at all the restaurants. The parks were amazing and the all around vibe had us wanting to stay longer. Be warned the hotel is huge, which leads to aot of walking. On one of the park days my wife sustained a small sprain and on the way back to our room Osvaldo noticed us. He assited my wife to a place to sit and called a medic to help. Both the medic and Osvaldo were extremely caring and kind. We want to give them a huge thank for going above and beyond. It really helped us enjoy the rest of our time there."

"The staff was so nice and accommodating! Truly made our experience. We went for a last minute getaway and it was perfect. We enjoyed the shows and loved the beach club party. The room was clean and they gave lots of towels. The buffet was nice to pick what you like. The restaurants aren’t anything special but for an all inclusive, it works. Drinks are amazing and definitely get the “spicy mango shot”! Would definitely go back! "

The night time shows were pretty good, but they always had something going on, day and night. The staff was incredible and everything was clean. We will definitely go back. "
