Noise coming from the room next door all night tv was left on all night every nights during the stay. Breakfast was ok but sausages not good quality and bacon rock hard. No scramble eggs.
No lift working for people with disability.

All very good, would have been excellent apart from one thing... Located at the bottom of a hill, when there is constant rain, there can be a smell of sewage from the drains in the bathroom. Not sure how they can fix it, but they gave us an air freshener, which helped. Long term it does need addressing ...
