"Loved the convenience of this hotel. Just right outside of the nightlife area and just blocks from the downtown shopping areas. Daiso is a block away and the 7-11 being right down stairs was just the icing on the cake. Staff here was so helpful with everything from booking our airport limo tickets to taxis. Our room was excellent. 5 beds, 2 baths, the view from our room looked at the metro tower so we could see the light show every night. Walking distance to the Shinjuku main terminal so we were able to get to all of our booked tours and events with no problem. We cant wait to go back to Japan and would definitely recommend staying here. Just make sure you are not prepared to not do your laundry for a while as there are only a few machines in the hotel and they are always being used."

"We had a twin room on the 6th floor. The room was very clean and had bottled water, a fridge, a desk with a chair, and twin beds. The bed was ok not firm not soft. The pillows are feather pillows so you can mould it to your liking. I slept very well. There is a closet room with hangers and a safe. They also have a trouser press - which I never know how to use. We ask for an iron - you have to go down to reception to retrieve it- It worked really well. I have left the bathroom to the end because it was impressive! The most amazing power shower. It had a small bath but I think it is a normal size for Japan. If you wanted a soak - it’s more than sufficient. The bathroom shower area is a wet room with a rain shower embedded in the ceiling, then you have a handheld shower that has amazing pressure. So they have catered for all your needs. They also have a very good shower crème and shampoo and conditioner. The amenities in the bathroom are toothpaste and toothbrush, hairbrush, and a few other bits. Downstairs in reception they have quite a few amenities. They have a kettle, cups and glasses. Bring your own tea bags and coffee etc… there might be some stuff in reception- I’m not sure. PJ’s and slippers are provided."

"This was a wonderful hotel to stay in. We spent most of the day exploring Tokyo, but the hotel & are room were so welcoming and comfortable to come home to after a long day. My family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teenagers) stayed in a Studio overlooking the park. I was worried about the space, but it was perfect for us. There was a king bed for the adults and they used an extender by the windows to create 2 more beds. My boys are 5’9” and were able to stretch out comfortable. The toilet area was separate from the shower/tub/sinks which was convenient for us also. Train stations were very close and the area is quiet. The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff and very friendly & helpful. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you, Hyatt Regency Tokyo!"
