The staff were extremely polite and helpful. We appreciated the Japanese room which included a traditional Japanese dinner served in the room. The public bath was clean and relaxing. Be sure the reserve breakfast time early as they close at 10 Am.

Hotel Kajikaso
Great location in Hakone. Get the room with your own onsen it is worth every penny. Staff is so accomodating and Gabriel was outstanding. Massues was great as well.
