The inside smelled like strong cleaning supplies so airing it out was necessary. "It was nicer than I expected. I spent my time in the city walking around. Some parts were a bit shady, but nothing bad happens if you just keep walking. The staff at the hotel were the best! I forgot her name but there was one lady that made our time there really great. Overall everyone was very nice. The room was great. The only thing was the elevator getting packed at times since they were quite small. I’d still rate it a 9.5/10"

"Absolutely love this place! Gorgeous lobby, helpful staff, great views. The daily activities were fun and our bartender in the bar was a delight! The only disappointment was the coffeeshop. It needs to be updated and the quality of the coffee and pastries really needs to match the food city that it's located in. Other than that a great stay and will happily return!"
