"Lousy check in. Need to fight for a simple shower which I booked as special requests. Hotel looks nice for the lobby. Rooms are ok but older. Towels are fringed out. Everything is around 15 to 20 years old heavy used but well maintained. As money is the religion in China, is it same in this hotel. Hotel is prepaid and they want to have additional deposit of double hotel price. I really don't like this behaviour. Will not go again. There are better and nicer hotels in Hangzhou."

"The location isn’t really convenient. Whenever we take a cab back, the driver would drive all the way down the road and make a U-turn back to drop us off. There’s not too many stores downstairs. Ordering take out is very convenient though. The delivery guys would put it in the robot and it would deliver it straight to our room! Staff in the lobby were really nice. The room itself doesn’t feel all that clean. The floors were very run down. The windows didn’t close tightly so we had a lot of...
