Joanie was super helpful from onli e check in till we were dropped off at the train station.gave very informative knowledge of what to do in the area and where various places were. Highly recommend to stay here."

"There was a stain on the tatami floor. It also seems to be the season when small insects or cockroaches appear. Despite staying on a high floor with no windows open, I noticed these bugs in the common areas. It would be good if the staff could address this issue rather than letting them roam freely in those spaces."

"Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."
