"This home is a beautiful property located directly on the water where you will be able to watch dolphins, manatees and several varieties of birds right from the patio. The kitchen was fully stocked. The bathrooms as well as there were towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap provided. Steve, the host, was friendly and easily accessible. Would stay here again!"

"What a beautiful property. We had a fantastic stay here. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The outside cooking area was easy to use. Tim was available if we needed anything, but we were all set. I didn't time it, but you are probably 20 min from the beach at the most. Its a short trip. Also, 1 hour and 10 min from Orlando if you are going to Disney or Universal Studios. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks for the much needed relaxation "

"Excellent stay in Melbourne!! The property manager and owner were very friendly and easy to deal with, although we had no issues. The property was fantastic. Very family friendly with the theater room, heated swimming pool and hot tub. Would highly recommend!"

"Ken was awesome! I dont know if I've encountered a better host. The property was perfect for the 6 of us and our 2 small dogs. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for us to all have our own space. The outside just added to our experience. The grill made for a perfect BBQ experience and since Florida's weather was unpredictable we even got to use the fire pit. We are already talking about our next trip!"
