"The location was great for us. It was spacious for a one bedroom clean and had everything we needed for our stay.Would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting a nice central location.The pier was in good shape but was a little chilly to spend much time on at night."

"The house was very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy too. Nice backyard, and there were good beach supplies (chairs, towels, etc.) Really appreciated the kitchen as it had ample cookware."

"The owner was good with communication. We ran out of TP and she brought some right over to us. Nice but minimally furnished. There is no blender that i saw. Dishes were minimal. No serving/mixing bowls baking dishes etc. I was surprised that a property that promotes its coastal location did not have any beach stuff (towels, chairs, umbrella). Also there is only comfortable seating for 2 in the living room. Renter should know that the house is right on a busy road that had a lot of emergency vehicle traffic and close to railroad tracks that was also busy. This didn't bother me but anyone who struggles with noise sensitivity should be aware. My friends expressed some unease of the location but i did not see anything that concerned me. Overall for price it was good. It looks to me like this is a newly turned over property. Hopefully owner is planning on adding some things to make it a more comfortable and useable. "

"This property was a last minute booking as our original was cancelled by the host for water damage and this property accommodated our group. The home is in a good area with very comfortable beds and good working appliances and there is a hot tub and a pool. The home is not on the beach however nor is there an ocean view. I would ask for more photos of the home."
