"We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience."

"The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping...

"Quaint and cute, newly remodeled home just steps to downtown Wickford for shopping and restaurants. Short drive to town beach and playground. Blending the old with new bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen/appliances. High ceilings, new windows and refurbished hardwoods. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen and laundry. Very quiet with marsh view. Our family stayed here 4 days for our daughter’s wedding Sept 2025. Lots of space for bride and bridesmaids to get ready. Large parking lot. Home does...
