"Breakfast seemed pre-made and no, I was not on the beach side. The check-in was horrible. The mobile check-in was down and it seemed like that was the theme because lines were very long."

"Dirtiest hotel room I've seen in a while. Carpet smelled like dog pee. No one came to address that problem although I called the front desk multiple times. I requested wash clothes, they said they only had one left!!! We were 4. I eventually had to go downstairs to the manager. He changed my room to another room with filthy carpeting. I just didn't smell like pee. Never again will I stay there. The 2 is because the security was kind when I went to get my Uber eats meal downstairs. Check in also took an hour and it was after 4pm "

"I ordered drinks that never came. The first one made it but the others that I ordered after, never arrived. I spoke to someone they assured me I would get my drink and it never came. When I asked one of the other ladies, she acted as though she didn’t want to be bothered. Other than that, all other staff were very polite and respectful. The room was blah! I had to clean our toilet, I was expecting a tub but nope! We got a half open shower with no sliding door. So my friend slipped coming out of the shower because the water was everywhere. We had to lay towels in front of the shower. Room service never came with extra towels. The valet parking was great! And the bell boys were awesome! Even the parking check out was great. The atm was like 8/9.00 to take out your own money which is like INSANE! I’ve been to resorts hotel and to Harrahs. So far, Resorts I would go back to. Harrahs only if a last choice. Resorts was definitely more lively when I went. I met so many people and had a great time. At Harrahs it was quiet. The pool area was the only loud space and it just wasn’t for me. At Casinos the crowd was lively. In Harrahs everyone looked like they needed therapy sessions. My friend laughed because I mentioned they should have a therapy booth. "

"The room was ok looking , but the room wasn’t very clean , hair in the shower on the second day there was a roach in the room , I complained they gave me a new room and gave me 75$ food vouchers and I the new room there was huge ball of hair on the floor so they gave me a late check out , the staff took care of the situation but I would not come back again "

"The house was clean and well stocked with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Management was helpful and prompt in their responses. Area was peaceful with plenty to do just minutes away. I am already planning another stay, would highly recommend."

"Overall trip was good..but hold my credit card for security was told a security deposit will be held on my credit card and my funds would return to my card after stay, but was charge a room boarding fee for each night and after calling to dispute was told expedia should have told me. Expedia didnt take my credit card and told me one thing then did another thing. Deceitful."

"We used this house so we could have one spot for everyone to stay in as opposed to multiple hotel rooms at the casino. We didn’t intend on staying in the house long or utilizing anything in it. This was an okay house.Both checking in and parking was simple. The driveway can hold two cars, and there is street parking. The area seems fairly quiet and comfortable. The living room feels more like a waiting room. As pictured, there is no sofa. The TV did not work when we tried it. The dining room had space for people, along with a working TV. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but it was normal sized. The fridge has an ice maker which was a nice perk. The two downstairs bedrooms seemed fine.Both of the bathrooms are very small and not the best kept. There appeared to be a blood stain on the one curtain. The tubs did not appear to have been cleaned as there was dirt and debris at the bottom of it. One of the towels was wrinkled and crumpled on top of the other towels, appearing to be used.The upstairs bedrooms are a little more spacious. There was a hard white stain on one of the comforters. One of the rooms only locks and turns on the light from the outside, which is mildly creepy. The mattresses were all very uncomfortable, but better than nothing. All in all, it’s not a bad house. We were not necessarily looking for luxury. However, more attention to cleaning would definitely benefit it."
