"Breakfast was good. Rooms are poor quality, very old. Things broken in the rooms and nothing staff can do about it but say sorry. The spa is good but restricted to just one hour and also restricted to just the pool, can’t use the nice spa pool without paying another £70 per person per day so be aware of that. The hotel location is good, walkable to the park and ride and each to get into the centre etc. "

"Room was spacious and comfortable and the room was spotless and a comfortable temperature when we entered it. Staff were friendly and warm and the room had everything that we required."

"Early check in was great. Room is quite dated and needs some maintenance but the bed was very comfy. We would stay again if in the area."
