"Kevin at the front desk was amazing. When our A/C went off at 9 pm he came up and tried to fix the problem it worked for another 4 hours. I was disappointed when one person told me the airport shuttle was 38 Francs for first person and additional 5 francs each person after that. I made areservation for two. When driver showed up he said it would be 70. Little time to haggle as we needed to get to airport."

"Great location close to transport and amenities. Great shopping location. Only fault would be you had to carry heavy bags up a flight of stairs before you got to the lift. Then the lift was extremely small."

"I had a really nice solo stay here. It’s in a great area and the room is clean with everything I needed. I read some reviews about the rooms being warm but I stayed during a heatwave and did not find the room too warm at all despite not having AC (I had been worried about this). The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful"

"The apartment was super clean and in an excellent location for the city centre. We were surprised by the compactness of the space and the bed only having access on the one side but we probably didnt read the description well enough. If we were staying again, we would definitely upgrade to a bigger room."

"I was nervous coming into the hotel because of the shared bathroom and showers. However, they were very well maintained and plentiful. I never had trouble gaining access. The common spaces are very useful and you just really can’t beat the location. Would stay here again!"
