"Rooms were huge, we had a ton of space. They offer US and EU plugs in the room, huge bathroom with a giant soaking tub, comfortable beds, the windows open all the way so you can air out the room and it’s nice at night. Friendly staff, beautiful courtyard. Breakfast in the morning was great, they had American style bacon and mimosas for free. Very convenient area, walkable to major areas of the city and lots of shopping. Would definitely stay here again. "

"24 hour bar with espresso bar (no minibar in room but you can go down and get a drink or coffee whenever you want) friendly staff. Beautiful courtyard area, and close to the train station. You’re a little farther from the main city center but it’s a quick train ride (1 stop) to the main station in Zurich. Beautiful building, clean rooms and windows fully open so it was nice to air out the room and sleep with the windows open at night. Very quiet. Rooms aren’t anything over the top but the beds are comfortable and you have enough room for multiple pieces of luggage. Nice showers and the hair dryers worked great and were powerful. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Loved the convenience and location, we walked everywhere. The staff was welcoming and the access to bottled water without a charge, much appreciated for by this American. We had a great fondue dinner at the restaurant and breakfast both days we stayed. No complaint and would definitely stay here again. "
