Beautiful location poor communication
We loved our stay. It is a beautiful location, beautiful little stay. It is tastefully decorated wonderful place. The views are stunning and the pictures in the ad are accurate. Other than booking confirmation and payment communication the owners lack in communication. We never received the key box entry code pre arrival. Luckily the cleaning lady was on site cleaning another unit and let us in. Honestly if we got there a bit later I am confident we would have been out of luck and sleeping in our car. I know this because once we were in, I messaged the owner for the laundry room code which is in another building on the property. They never even answered our message during our stay. I can’t agree with other reviews about the bed being comfortable. I didn’t like it at all. Normally hotel beds are fine for me. This bed was way to soft for me. So… would I book again, yes. It was exactly what we had hoped for. But be warned make sure you have check in key in formation before you drive several hours to the middle of no where Wales. Advice to the owners this is an easy fix. Keep yourself connected or assign someone to monitor if you can’t be reached .

Stunning Location
The property was clean and well stocked with all the kitchen items you could need; we cooked both nights we stayed. The view was beautiful, being the end of the row of properties and facing the sea. The location was quiet, with just a few hikers walking by. Our dogs were very settled there too. Overall this was fantastic!

Clean and reasonably well equipped (although TV was a little small). Cottage is well situated for walking the coastal path and for beach.

We loved staying at this property on the Pembrokeshire coast as a pit stop en route to Ireland with our dog. The space is very cosy and was pleasant to be in; I can imagine dark starry winter nights with the wood burner on. My husband and I were able to work from home comfortably for a few days from the sofa/kitchen table. We arrived and left late at night and the owner was very accommodating with self check in available. This is a designated dark sky area and the stars on our arrival were just incredible. Best of all though is you are on walking routes along the Pembrokeshire coast national park… great for us taking breaks with our dog down to the beach and around the bridleways, and a short hike up cairn llidi for amazing views. We’d definitely stay again, maybe in one of the larger sister properties (there is a cluster of 3-4 houses so you are part of a little community). There are the odd creepy crawlies - wood louses and spiders - but they didn’t bother us and to be expected in this type of property.

Owner sent key details etc via email, I had only communicated via Vrbo site so it went to junk.my request via Vrbo was not replied to. The washing machine that I thought would be in the property was in a nearby outhouse that I had to ask for the code for. Also could not find a barbecue. Although the views were lovely upstairs the headroom was awful because of the slope of the roof. The television was almost unusable as it was so small and right next to the window. It’s a lovely cottage and has some quirky features.

Beautiful Setting
Remote feeling, yet only a few miles from St David’s. The cottage (Swn y Mor) was exactly as nice as the photos. While I didn’t receive check-in info, the owner was quick to answer my text upon arrival with the code. As most places do at this time, the key is available in a lock box next to the door. The walk to the beach is a quick one. The walk to St David’s is about 40 minutes. I’d definitely stay here again.
