Hilton Waikoloa Village

"This is a very beautiful property, built around the nature and with a logoon extending into the property. Plenty of amenities to enjoy, rent and view. The highlights were the marine life that you can view in the lagoon including dolphins, turtles, manta rays and fishes. The pool is large and is fun for families and kids. Also there is plenty of native Hawaiian, Pacific islander, Burmese, Than and Indian art pieces ardonened throughout the property. A few pieces that can be better. The AC in the room was not effective and several families had to ask the hotel staff for fans. The house keeping of the rooms were not clean always and you had to ask for decent cleaning of the rooms. The tram was functional only on part of the property and the boat canal was not working. Finally the food at KPC was super disappointing. Highly recommend skipping KPC in favor of better tasting and less expensive options elsewhere."

"We appreciated the lovely, peaceful view from our balcony, and appreciated being on the 5th floor. The room was modern updated and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was an older style A/C, but it kept the room very cool. We did not use the pool or beach amenities, but the pool looked really refreshing. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. We would stay here again as a night before our morning flight from Kona."
