Amazing hospitality. They know and have what you need before you even know that you need it (even if it's a rag to clean your hand after fixing your bike).

Lived this resort. Lots to do on site and fantastic grounds etc.
Great yoga classes daily.
Food hit and miss. Had terrible pasta dinner in the Beach Tree, Cacio e Pepe which was not at all authentic and had cream and butter.
Be prepared to pay top dollar for everything. Breakfast for 2 averages around $100.
Bar staff seem to only know what's on the menu and couldn't make simple drinks like Aperol Spritz!

This accommodation was one of the nicest places I've stayed - very clean and high standard the breakfast was delicious and the surrounds were absolutely stunning - we didn't want to leave - definitely a highlight of the Hilo area!!
