In mid-May our room was uncomfortably hot, even though the outside temperature was only in the mid teens centigrade. The air-con in the room didn’t work. At checking out a separate guest was reporting the same issue. We were offered a reduction on our drinks bill from the night before in consideration for our discomfort. The hotel was quiet, conveniently located - having the feel of a tired, old hotel that has been ‘flipped’ but still retains some outdated features. The staff were pleasant - just be wary of the air-con issue as ‘summer’ in Manchester heats up…

Staff friendly. Doors noisy when shutting so awoke by other guests. It was clean and good facilities. Thought there was a cafe shop not just restaurant but couldn’t see this. Great location close to the airport.

"We booked for convenience really. Early flight, Airport transfer was great and because we were close to the airport we could drop our luggage off early night before actually.
