We booked a superior room having selected the hotel as a ‘pet friendly’ destination. However, on arrival it became clear that the hotel is (at best) pet ‘reluctantly accepted’. Nice room, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and welcoming. Pool area and changing rooms were not as well maintained as other areas of hotel.
