"Wow, what a location! Perfect location for hiker groups and families. The house is very roomy with lots of outside space too with a well equipped kitchen. The house was clean with plenty of towels and extra bedding for those chillier nights. I’d recommend you bring the basic provisions with you the nearest shop is a drive away. Also be prepared for a thrilling little mountain drive on your arrival to the house. Thank you Fiona, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if you’ll have us we’ll be back again. 10/10"

"This a spacious 2 bed apartment in the Mews of an Inn on the southern end of lake ullswater in glenridding. The location is very convenient to the small village and hiking trails. The apartment did not have a view, but was well suited for spending time in the area. We were there mid September so late in the season, and the pricing was great value especially compared to london. Coming from the US, the washer/dryer in one appliance takes some getting used to (it took several hours to do a mid sized load, and was hard to figure out how to use for us at least). The kitchen could be slightly better equipped with nicer utensils and pans, but was more than adequate! Overall, would highly recommend staying here, due to size, location, and overall quality. An excellent value!"
